Hi,

 

I'm trying to reconnect my aria to a new wifi.

I'm in a student dorm where you need to enter username and password to connect. However when I follow the steps of connecting it shows the uni wifi name it won't allow me to enter the username. It only ask me for password. Any idea how to fix it?

@tigerpix Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced while trying to connect your Aria scale. I'm afraid that the Aria scale is hard to connect to public WiFi networks since many people connect to it. Also, the Aria needs some router settings in order to connect to the WiFi such as a protocol 802.11b, bandwidth 2.4GHz and the password should have less than 31 characters and it should be alphanumerical as well.

Do you have access to the router settings so you can make sure that it complies with the settings mentioned above?
