Thanks, but it won't be necessary. After a frustrating walk where the Fitbit kept vibrating since it lost connection to my phone I checked my e-mail to see whether my return was accepted or not. The store I bought it from will return my money and I won't ever have to deal with any products from Fitbit again 🙂
Here is my life long, full and complete list of brands I won't deal with in the future:

@larsole I'm sorry about the experience you had with your Aria 2. I know how you feel and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

Has anyone been able to crack the code on pairing the Aria 2 with the Charge 3??
I spent 2 hours attempting to connect the Aria 2. These are the steps I've tried:
* Attempt to pair the Aria 2 by turning off and on blue tooth
* Remove batteries from Aria 2
* Reset by pressing the button on the Aria 2 inside the battery pack area
* Tried logging on through the laptop and downloading the app -Aria 2 could not be recognized there either
* Unpaired the Charge 3
* Aria 2 could not be recognized
I find it odd that the Fitbit moderators on this thread won't say there is a true issue that Fitbit is working on or should be working on. If there has been any update and you can assist me, please let me know. I'm sad that I really like using my tracker, but the devices are clunky to manage pairing.
