My new Aria 2 appeared to work one time. Since then I have consistently gotten an error message. I paired it to WiFi and internet. Have removed batteries and reinserted. On hard surfaces. Get "ERROR" then "1" I hate to send it back right away

I just opened up my Aria 2 which came yesterday, I set it up today, and got the same error message that you did. What does this error code mean?

@TrebN28, @RonM Thanks for reaching out, glad to see you here in the Community. Check out my post here for information on Error 1, basically, it means you have been on the scale too long, when you see the feet move backward you should step off the scale. Hope this helps!

Did you ever get your Aria 2 to work? I am having the same problem. Set up WiFi -
set up on iPhone app - Stepped on scale and
waited - waited - then finally ERROR “1”.
