Fitbit Aria 2 - Body Fat missing Weight and BMI display

Resolved the setup issue but now I have this issue

I have set them up now but no body fat being displayed.

1) I have turned it off and on

2) did five weigh ins

3) deleted and reconnected

4) reset the weights

5) no sock and no clothes weighing's

6) yes have followed forum posts about switch off wait / weigh yourself 5 times etc

7) have weighed myself 30 times

worst experience ever

how do I return them so I can be refunded.

@Etazac, did you open the Account screen on the app, and select Set Up a Device?  What happened then?

Yep I set up through the phone choosing the aria 2 followed al the instructions.

I checked that all tags were on but my default body fat is on. 

I have restarted reset up and used both suggestions in the forums and body fat comes up as - - % on the screen.

no socket on was completely naked. Not wet at all and nothing.

i have weighted my self 30 times in the day trying to get it to work but nothing.
