Fitbit Aria 2 does not show body fat percentage

Hi,

I bought my Fitbit Aria 2 back in January and it worked great. In March, it stopped showing my body fat percentage, no matter how many times I weighed myself (so only got about 3 months use out of it). I didn't have time to troubleshoot then but now I'm trying to fix it, since I paid so much for the scale specifically for this feature.

So far, based on other similar posts, I have tried:

1. Removing the batteries for 15 seconds, then weighing myself five times in a row

2. Wiping down the surface of the scale in case there's dirt or anything in the way

3. Unpairing and re-pairing the device with my phone

Nothing works. I always use it barefoot, on a hard flat surface, the same surface where it worked fine for three months. I am at my wit's end, please help.

Exactly the same issue here over the same time period. I'm a Strength Coach and have recommended my clients look to purchase the same scales as I can import their data from the scales into my Coaching app. However I now have to stop recommending these scales until the fault is resolved!!

Likewise. Did all 3 steps, and still doesn’t work. Tried re-weighing myself 10 times. Nothing.

In the end, Fitbit replaced the scale, and thankfully the new one has been
working. Make sure you reach out to their support team!
