Is it just me? I follow all the directions on a couple different yt channels for using my wifi (I’ve done it before & it always worked… as recent as May). I can’t get the account tab & I can’t get to the wifi. I tried in the app and the website. Did they change something and I need a new app?

It might be worth updating your Fitbit app if you haven't done so already. I had to reset my scale recently for a different issue regarding language, and I couldn't set it up for the life of me. I updated the app on my phone and was finally able to set it up.

Delete the Fitbit App completely, the. Reinstall from the App Store, log in thru Google, it will work. Just did it with mine. Every time Google gets involved things get screwed up.
