This morning the screen was really dim and got a message saying battery low. Just changed the battery and now I have no response at all. It wont display any instructions and no back ground sync to my phone. I have no idea if I am still on warranty or not. Help!

@Drphillips it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it still unable to turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try cleaning the contacts of your scale with a cotton swab and little bit of alcohol in order to remove dust that the contacts accumulate. After this, put the batteries back in and see if the issue gets fixed.
