Fitbit Aria Scale - cannot get it to connect to wifi

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Aria has worked for years, with my router which had 2.4G and 5G.  Several home items hooked to each frequency just fine.  This month, I got a new Spectrum router, it too has both 2.4G and 5G capability, and all my home items hooked easily to each frequency, except the Aria.  I do the setup process just fine, and it sees all the wifi in the neighborhood except for mine.  Mine doesn't even show up in the list.  I heard rumor that newer modems have difficulty with Aria, and I hope that's not true, but evidence is appearing to show otherwise.  I do not wish to purchase a different scale, because this one was expensive and very useful and easy up to now.  Does anyone have any constructive advice?

Networking Requirements
The Fitbit Aria connects directly to your home’s wireless network and supports the
following network configurations:
 Wireless 802.11b standard
 WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
 Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)

The 802.11b is the most critical.
