Fitbit Aria not syncing and can't remove from account

My Fitbit aria for some odd reason will not sync, doesn’t even have the option to sync it manually. So I went ahead to try to remove my Fitbit aria scale off my app and for some odd reason , again, I don’t even have the option to remove my Fitbit aria off my account 🤨 can anyone help a girl out?

Go to the device in your fitbit app, click on "People Using this Scale" and delete your name. when you do that, the device will be removed from your fitbit account and you can re-install it.

 

However, I'm having the same issues with the aira air. Lots of people are actually...the weight won't sync to the app. You're not alone!

Okay, I’ll try removing my name. I believe it gave me the option when I was
messing with the app. Idk what’s going on, I seen others are also having
issues. It’s saying my aria hasn’t been synced since 2018 😅 when I used it
a month ago, batteries just died and I didn’t have money until now.. and
now I’m having issues. But I’ll try that! Thank you so much. I hope it works
