Fitbit Aria scale periodically NO SYNC after months successful SYNC

I occasionally get a NO SYNC message. Lately this has become NO SYNC essentially every time I weigh (and only 1 out of 20 successfully SYNC, but does seem to upload the Data from the multiple prior NO SYNC when the connection is finally successful)

 

I have gone through Setup a couple of years ago, and the Aria used to SYNC successfully every time.  (As I recall, I think I had to Setup after changing the Batteries??)

There has been no change on either the Aria scale or my Router. They are within about 10 feet of each other.

 

I have even tried moving the Aria within 1 foot of the Router.

Occasionally that will work but recently 3 straight NO SYNC from nearly touching!!

There is no Low Battery warning on the Aria, but I am wondering if sufficiently Weak Battery might cut the SYNC range to Zero but not display LOW BATTERY?

I have not taken the effort to Clear and SETUP the Aria as NEW again. Is there some reason that a new SETUP might solve the issue here????

4 Days with No Replies from Fitbit Aria Experts!! I am disappointed.

The issue I described above is unchanged and still a problem in that Zero data is Synced the majority of the time.

Suggestions are needed from the Community of Users and from Fitbit.

Mine has a full battery and hasn't synced since May! I came here seeking answers too

I’m having same issue, my scale didn’t sync, reconnected & then this morning is the same issue

Same issue here. Last sync was in May. Looks like something related to the firmware, no updates available anymore or not supported anymore...🤔🤔
