Hi I’ve had my scales for over 2 years, it’s worked perfectly. I changed the batteries recently and when i switched on it kept displaying ERR. I’ve tried resetting etc. I know it’s not my internet as it has always worked perfectly with this provider with no problems. I’ve noticed others having this problem. Can you help please to get it up and running again.

Hi @dietcoke68,
There are several different types of error messages you could be seeing, could you verify what yours says exactly?

Same for me. I’ve had my Aria scale for a couple years. I’ve changed the batteries before with no issue. I changed the batteries this week and I have “Setup Active, connection successful, step on, step off, thinking, ERR”. very frustrating.
CMON Fitbit get an answer! And while you are at it please make my scale work with Apple Health.

I also used the little reset hole on the back of the scale to set it back to factory defaults ( I assume that’s what that hole does).
