I've tried to have this sync for months with no luck. Tried to connect through pc and phone followed all steps and still the same error. Here are my WIFI settings:

 

Wireless Enabled - ON
Wireless Mode - 802.11 b/g/n mixed
Channel BandWidth - 20 MHz20/40 MHz
Wireless Channel - 11
WPS Enabled - OFF

Security Mode - WPA-Personal
Auth Mode - Auto (WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK)
Encrypt Mode - TKIP/AES
