Fitbit Inspire HR / Aria2 scales....HELP!

Fitbit is great but one problem I have to tap screen so many times to see the time? I thought two finger tap in screen brought up the time?

Aria 2 scales....I am so disappointed! I have spent hours troubleshooting in line and still the same. 
Set up scales follow all directions. Twice it recognised me as the sole user of the scales. Now it keeps asking if I am guest. On the screen my logo comes up with a x and a tick.  Then just flashes back to guest. I have only had one reading for bmi / fat. It isn’t syncing. I am gutted, I have followed all the suggestions. I see this is a common problem and really for the price there should be no problems. Fed up!

Hi @Turre, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not connecting with every user's account properly and it won't provide accurate body fat readings. I totally understand how you feel about this.

I would like to know if you sent an invitation to the other person in order to use your Aria 2 or if the other person repeats the setup process on their own phone. Please check out this help article, which explains how to invite people to your scale.

In order to fix the body fat accuracy, restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if it provides more accurate body fat readings.
