Fitbit app shows different readings from the Aria Air

Okay so I bought Aria air, set up, synced it to my Fitbit app etc. 

 

When I weighed scales said 15.10

BUT under the Aria air section and recent weights. Says its 15.7?

 

Why? That is a 3lb difference which is huge. Any idea why on earth it is different?
