When I seriously up my Aria it disconnects my Versa on my app? Can't I have both set up at same time.

@scrosen Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa gets removed from your account when you try to set up your Aria. I would like to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if both devices could be set up properly.

I just ran into this issue as well. I just added the versa onto my account and it deleted my Aria. I tried to readd the aria and it keeps crashing the app!!! Help!

In the meantime, please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Once you've done this, check out if both devices appear installed.

My aria fixed:)
I am now dealing with my versa 2 abruptly not receiving text alerts! I am very upset about this!!!!
I have an android not iPhone
