Could not get it to work by following the simple instructions provided. No luck with the workarounds in comms her. finally I took out the batteries yet again turned of my IPhone waited one minute, replaced the batteries and turned on the IPhone opened the IPhone FitBit App and got on the scale, used the App to connect. yeah.
