Hello, I follow the recommendation to remove the batteries during 15 seconds and then to weigh myself 5 times. But I still get the message "STEP OFF" several times and then "ERR".

Sometimes, I see the message "THINKING" but a few seconds later it disappears.

Is it possible to RESET the scale?
