I understand they have to have aFITbit account. However, how do I add them if we all use same email address?

Thanks for your contribution to the Community @Lourdes. I realize this response is a long time coming, but did want to take the time to address your post.
If other family members are using the scale and are interested in registering their data, they will need to create a Fitbit account with a new individual email address. I really believe this is very important, that way you can all motivate each other and keep track of your progress.
If you wish to send them invites to use the scale, you can follow the steps listed on this page. I wish you all the best!

Stop telling us how the world should work and listen to your frustrated customers for a change. Families have kids, kids don't always have email addresses, and if they do it's not appropriate for you to force them to create accounts or share data online. Let parents input their initials and track their weight, thanks.

@Fibbit Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I know how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
As a side note, the Aria scale is not intended for use by children under the age of 10 since the Aria uses bio-impedance in order to track weight. Please refer to the page number 1 of the Aria's manual for more information about the warnings.
I'll be around if you have more questions!

I agree with Fibbit, stop telling us how we're supposed to use your product and listen to how people actually want to use it. Families have kids, and there are circumstances where we need to track their weight for one reason or another. Even a simple ability to add a label instead of GUEST without attaching it to an account should work and would comply with whatever laws and regulations you have in mind, yes? As it is now, you're either forcing customers to give up, leave the fitbit ecosystem, or lie and say their 11 year olds are actually 25.
