How do I unhide my body fat percentage on the fitbit dashboard?

I've just bought the scales, although reading all the problems, I'm wondering if it was wise!

Anyway, I've set them up and its registered my weight but said "BF?". When I've looked on the dashboard on the computer its not registering and in the settings says that its hidden. How do I solve this please?

@Thamzon It's great to have you aboard in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Aria scale is not showing your body fat percentage. Please try taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times and check out if the issue gets corrected.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend! Smiley Happy

Hi. The questionmark remains on body fat. I don't have wet feet. I cleaned the scale, took off batteries (and put them in) and completed my Fitbitaccount as suggested elsewhere. What else can I do? Thanks

@Tedpnt Thanks for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Thanks also for trying some of the troubleshooting steps that are helpful for this type of issues. Please check out if your personal info such as weight, height and gender are correct on your Dashboard. If so, try setting up your Aria scale from scratch. Once your scale is set up, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times. Make sure that you step on the scale barefooted.

Let me know how it goes my friend! Smiley Happy

I have tried this multiple times, yet it doesn't work. It has been the case for the past 6 months. Please provide other means to diagonize the issue.

My husband is having some problem - shows his weight but no BF.

Oddly, I use same scales - I get both weight and BF.

Nether of use have change our setting recently.

You can go to your Fitbit dashboard on internet or Safari (not app). Go to settings, click on scales, click on people that use scales, then go down list - changing the hidden BF name to your on on the drop down. Making sure you don't change any other users to you.

Not sure if its a permanent fix but it worked for husband.
