How do i delete an existing "Broken" Aria scale and add a new one?

Hi, @WallyB44! You have two options. You can go into your account, select your old scale, and then hit the trash icon, or you can just add the new one and it will ask you if you want to replace the existing one!

When I set up my Aria 2 scale, I was not prompted to delete the old one.  I logged into my fitbit account online, selected the the old scale Aria, but I do not see a trash icon to drag it to... Help

@5amrunr Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Please make sure that you are following @MakMak's steps from a computer and not from the app. Also, after you select your old scale, make sure to select the "People" tab and click on the "trash" icon that appears next to your initials.
