Hi
How can I enter additional Aria users without them having an email address, like my children for example?

@Renenz It's great to have you aboard in the Community! Regarding your question, you won't be able to add them since they don't have an email address and Fitbit accounts are for users of 13 years of age and above. Still, they can measure their weights and you'll be able to see them as guest, this way you can even monitor your kids' weight without them having an account.
Let me know if more questions arise my friend!

Wow! Seriously?! Fitbit doesn't have a simple feature like this? OMG! How hard it can be to implement it? If I know this before, I wouldn't bother to buy it. Is kind of useless now.

Dear Juan,
You got this feedback in 2017 and in 2 years Fitbit did nothing. Stop using pre-defined responses.
A happy Fitbit customer,
Florin.

@StancuFlorin @Renenz I understand how you feel about the response that I gave before. However, in order to have your voice heard in regards this feature, you can submit your request in our Feature Suggestions board and people and vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers.

It would seem the people that have highlighted this deficiency have made if sufficiently known to fitbit for it to heard. Why then, fitbit, do they need to jump through more hoops to further do your market research for you? A business, in today's market, that refuses to acknowledge the place the younger generation make in the sales pipeline is surely one that plans to not be relevant in the marketplace in the years to come. Add to this, these generic responses the fitbit representative has lavished us with, points to the fact you have the wrong CEO as company culture is driven from the top. This is a poor example of customer service.
