How to add people to my Aria 2?

My plan was to share the Aria 2 with my partner. I managed to set up the scale on my phone and I see the scale as an added device. However when my wife installs the Aria 2, it disappears from my account. And vice versa. It is driving me crazy. 

Any suggestions anyone?

Hi @RonaldPil, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! In order to add your partner to your Aria 2, there is no need to set up the scale again. You just need to send an invitation to your partner.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this help article and your partner will be able to use your Aria 2.
