How to allow more than one user to use my Aria

I have a Fitbit login and another person in the house has a different one. The scale is an Aria 2 . The other person's weight is logged in as you would expect, but it always shows me as "Guest". I've tried everything, but it will not recognize my weight. Can anyone help me?

Hello @jim30017 and a warm welcome.  It's not clear from your description that you set the other user correctly.  One user is the "owner" of the scale (adds the device to their account) and invites others to use it.  Please check the following.  Tap on your profile picture > Aria 2 > People Using This Scale.  Are both names there?  If both names are there, then the second user just needs to get the scale to recognize him/her.  That user needs to re-assign the weight until recognized.  See here.

 

If there is only one name on the list of users, then the second user hasn't been correctly invited to the scale.  See here to fix it.
