It seems the last post on this was from 2014, and the app is now completely different - so none of the previous answers are true anymore!
Can somebody talk me through how to remove Aria from my fitbit? I need to do this so I can try setting it up again to get it working on my wifi...

@TrixieTexas It's good to have you aboard in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that you decided to stop using your Aria scale. Regarding your question, please log in to your web-based Dashboard. After this, click on the "gear" icon which is located at the top right corner of the page. After this, select the Aria, select the tab "People and you'll see a list of the users that used the scale. Please click on the trash can icon that is next of each users' initials and the Aria should be removed for every user.
Let me know if more assistance is needed my friend!

@ClacTom It's great to have you aboard in the Fitbit Community! In order to remove your Aria scale from your account, you need to go to your Dashboard (Via web-Dashboard only). Click on the "gear" icon, select the Aria scale. Select the "People" tab and you'll see the list of the people that are using the scale. Next to each user, there is a "trash can" icon and click on it for every user in order to remove the scale and you can set it up again.
Let me know if more questions arise my friend!

@Wehooe Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that you have changed your router, please make sure that it has the settings that the Aria needs to connect with it. Please find the settings needed in this help article. Once the settings have been corrected, please try the setup process one more time.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend!

@Christophersen It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your web-based Dashboard is not showing your Aria scale. Please try logging out of your account, after this log back in. By doing this, your Dashboard will re-fresh and should show your Fitbit devices.
Let me know how it goes my friend!

Same here, I've tried everything mentioned as well. This shouldn't be this difficult. I loved the concept of the Aria but since I've changed routers it's been of no use to me. Such a waste, would not recommend to others for this reason alone.

@MochaMartha It's good to see new faces in the Community! I understand that you feel frustrated due to the setup process with the new router. Please visit this help article and make sure that your router has the correct settings that are needed for the Aria scale. Once this has been done, try the setup process as described in this post.
I'll be around if more assistance is needed my friend!

I went on my dashboard and do not see a way to deete the weight icon. My scale is still showing even when I logged out and went back in. When I remove it, it only “hides” the icon. I need to remove the scale to re-install.
I may not need to delete if I can just get it to connect to my new phone.

@Lisaduley Welcome to this thread and our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up and help you with your inquiry. Regarding your question, if you want to connect your Aria with your new phone, there is no need to remove it from your account. You just need to log in as usual after installing the app on your new phone.

I've gotten rid of my Aria entirely and would like to have it stop showing up in my device list. I can't figure out how to remove it entirely.
