I have Aria (3 years) and had put my mom on my account. She has now bought her own Aria 2 and I took her off my account. However, when I go to set up her scale it still says she's on another account. How do I fix this so she can use her scale? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hello @Aria2 and welcome to the forums. You say that you removed her as a user on your scale, but did she remove the scale from her device list?
On her app, if you tap on her profile picture, is the Aria still on her list? If so, tap on the Aria, then there should be a Remove Scale at the bottom.
I am surprised that her account won't let you set up her scale. A similar question came up some time ago. A moderator and I both believed that person could be an invited user on more than one scale. We saw this as different from have two of the same device on one account. I can't remember what the answer was.

@Aria2 Did you re-assign these Guest weights to her? To do that, tap on her profile picture > her scale > Recent Weigh-Ins > change every Guest to her icon. Then she might need to weigh herself a few times in a row, re-assigning her weight each time (yes, this is tedious) until it recognizes her.
There is one other thing to check to make sure her scale displays properly. This time, when you tap on her profile picture > her scale > tap on People Using This Scale > her name > make sure Display Bodyfat and Show BMI are toggled to On.
