I bought a used Aria 2

I bought a Used Aria 2 and I am wondering how to connect it to my app. I think it is showing their wifi network when I put the batteries in. I tried to search it on my app but it’s not showing up.

Hello @HannahLat and a warm welcome.  If the previous user didn't do a factory reset, then try it.  These are the steps to do a factory reset to clear any stored data.  BTW, whenever I need to change batteries or fuss with the scale with it face down, I lay it on a towel.

1. Lay the scale face down and remove the battery cover.
2. Remove the batteries.
3. Press down on the small button directly over the battery slots.
4. While continuing to press down on the button, reinsert the batteries.  Be sure to press down on the button for at least ten seconds.
5. Replace the battery cover.
6. Turn your scale back over and continue the setup process.
