I've updated the software, installed - reinstalled - rebooted - re re re re re re..... numerous times and the ARIA will not sync. What's wrong with the scales. It's an expensive product it should work longer than this!

Which scale do you have? And what do you mean you have updated the software? The scales are self updating.
