I have to enter Aria 2 readings manually

So I have bought the scales and set it up. Records information to my personal section... but I then have to manually enter info onto dashboard... does anyone know how to fix this? 

If I have to keep manually entering data I might as well return $200 scales and get $15 one from Kmart!

@FairyJoe welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it asks you to enter your information manually.

In order to avoid an confusion on my end, do you need to enter your weight manually or is it all your data such as steps, sleep, etc.? In the meantime, restart your Aria 2 as described in this help article. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if your scale syncs all your data properly without manually enter it.

Hi - I’m having the same issues.  The help article you’ve hyperlinked doesn’t tell you how to restart Aria2, only the watch devices.

@SSJNS It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response and I apologize for the misinformation regarding the way to restart tha Aria 2.

Please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds. After this put the batteries back in. This will restart your scale. Once you've done this, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times and see if the issue gets fixed.
