I have to restart my Note10+ to get my Aria to sync. How can I avoid this? Thanks.

Hi @Mfitz01, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Aria Air has experienced with your Note 10+, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your scale during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Spent a bunch of time on the phone w/ tech support a few days ago. Went through all of the standard troubleshooting stuff. Then the agent informs me that they're aware of the problem and that there's a "group working on it". No estimate of when it will be resolved. My work around is to schedule my phone to restart every morning. That has worked for a few days. I think this is an Android issue and Fitbit will likely be unable to solve it. At some point they're going to have to make those of us with this issue good (refund, replace, etc.).
