I recently bought a Aria Air from the fitbit web site, i had selected an Aria 2 but the web site just sends an air. ~I am guessing the Aria 2 is now not made as it seems to have disappeared from the site. I have tried it for a week , it does not connect with bluetooth at times does not show body fat or BMI. so I want to return for a refund. i have tried to find how from the fitbit page but it just sends you around in circles. Someone needs to look at Amazon to see how this should work. I tried to contact fitbit via Twitter something i have never used, with no joy. Can someone please tell me how I obtain a return form so i can simply return the product. Not happy with fitbit as i feel this is set up to make returns as difficult as possible, awful customer service.

Hi @barryfoil69 in order to return a purchase from Fitbit.com, you must get with customer support. Generally it's best to return a product from the place you purchased it.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
