Inaccurate readings from Aria 2

I am getting inaccurate readings from the scales. I took three readings within minutes and the readings fluctuated by over 1/2 stone each time. The scales are being used on a tiled bathroom floor so no issue here, and no way can someone's weight fluctuate by this amount in minutes. And by minutes I mean 2 minutes gap each time.

 

Is my scale defective?
