Is the Aria still be supported?

Anyone else been ditched by Customer Service after a long wait when they find out your issue is with Aria Scales? 

 

Was so excited about the scales but again,  didn't sync properly,  didn't track body fat or BMI, all the reasons I bought it basically.  Now having to return it as FitBit won't respond. So so so bad I'm shocked,  really thought Fitbit was great until this and seeing so many complaints!

Hi @CathVTG  which scale did you get? Were you given a case number by customer support?

Yes I live chatted with support. They said they would email me. 

I got an email saying they don't do email support any longer. 

So much rage 

I just want to return it now

I had exactly the same issue. I have had my fitbit Aria and Wearables for my whole family for the longest time. Now my Fitbit Aria starts acting all crazy never shows me the correct weight of the person. I chatted with the helpdesk and then I get an email we are sorry we cannot help you much. So now what am I supposed to do with this Fitbit Aria? Just trash it and buy a new one ? And why would i buy a new one from you if your customer support is like this? I can just tell you how hugely disappointed I am with Fitbit on this.
