Is the Fitbit aria air scale accurate or is mine defective?

I’ve been using the Fitbit aria air for over a year now and been judging myself based off of that number. Recently I went to the doctor and my weight at the doctor office was 20lbs less than what the Fitbit scale was telling me. Is my Fitbit wrong or my doctor?
