Is the Moto e5 Play compatible with Aria 2? My daughter bought the scale and set it up. I get results on my desktop app, but am unable to get the results on my phone....

@Ringo909 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the compatibility of the Moto E5, you can check out this help article which has a list of the supported devices.

 

If the Aria 2 could be set up and your phone has the Fitbit app version installed, you only need to tap the "Weight" tile (this tile has a little scale as an icon). When tapping this tile, you should be able to see the information of your weigh ins.

 

Let me know if you found the tile and see your weight ins.
