Issues configuring an existing Aria on a new network

My devices (I-Pad and I-Phone) are not connecting with the aria AF4B88 wifi network during configuration. Did a hard reset and that did not help. Any ideas?

You have to explain what you mean by "aria AF4B88 wifi network". I can't even find that with a Google search.

It's the wifi connection between the scale and the i-phone or i-pad during the configuration process. At least that's my undrestanding

Are you using the App based setup method or the browser based method?

Have you tried both methods?

@Mac41mcd Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry that the reset troubleshoot didn't fix the issue. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Aria scale could connect to your network.
