New iPhone and move from Fitbit to Google - Aria Air will not pair on BlueTooth.

Hi @Ralph_S since you are asking about the Aria Air not an Aria 2 I've pulled you comment out. 

Habe you tried setting the scale up through the fitbit app? This is a BT Low Energy device and a user will not be able to pair through the phones BT
