Moved to new house, Aria 2 stuck/not syncing

I recently moved house, and my Aria 2 scale is now totally disconnected from the (new) wifi, and won't sync with my phone. Resetting it does not work. Is there a suggested troubleshooting procedure for this? 

(Everything I found said that I should have added the new wifi to it while I was still on the old wifi, which...doesn't make a lot of sense, frankly?)
