So, I purchased an Aria air about a month ago and I couldn't get it to work. Battery life is fine, I can adjust it between lbs and kg, connect it to WiFi, set it up, but the moment I step on the scale nothing happens. After a moment it just turns off. I'm well under it's weight capacity and definitely not light as a feather. I'm also standing evenly. That first day I was unable to work it I figured I'd just try again another day. Well, today is another day and it still refuses to display or sync my weight. Not sure how to fix this. I've held the batteries out for 10 seconds and reset it multiple times.
