My Aria air won't sync after getting a new phone

I got a Samsung s24 about 3 months ago and ever since then I haven't been able to sync the data from my Aria air. I have connected it along with my watch and phone. They sync fine. I've reset the scale, removed it from my account and added back and I've done all the other troubleshooting that I've come across. Everything is up-to-date including reinstalling the Fitbit app.

I'm actually relatively new to using my Aria Air as well.  From what I remember, there's a certain page you have to be on to get it to sync (I think it's the weight tile on the phone) and the phone's BT needs to be on.
