I can not seem to find a solution that works to connect my scale to Comcast/Xfinity wifi system. I have tried changing the modem settings and such and all that did was to kill my wifi connection. Any answers?

It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing issues with syncing/setting up Aria scales with Comcast/Xfinity routers and we are currently reviewing.
There is a workaround that has helped most users. For this, please follow the instructions below:
