Well everyone who has had issues, I must tell you my scale finally synced without anything changing from yesterday on my end. AND I have many weights showing, all for the 9/20/19 and one from the 9/19. But Support kept telling me it was my wi-fi and that the scale would not work with my wi-fi. So at this point who knows what the issue is/was. My money is on fitbit. Hope everyone is getting their readings.
