My Original Aria Is Only Logging To Guess And Will Not Give Body Fat Percentage

Hello, I am having issues with my original aria scale. Like the title states I am only getting logged under guess and it will not take or give out a body fat percentage. I have removed the battery and once I put it back in it boots up to the network I am using. The scale use to display my profile name before asking me to step on the scale, it doesn't ask me anymore. The guess weights are uploading to the app. But I need to go in and add them to my profile. The dashboard will not do this automatically anymore. I just want my profile and and the scale to read body fat percentage again.

I have a similar problem, My Aria has worked really well for the last 4 years but suddenly for the last 2 days it doesn't upload data to fitbit.  I tried to re-setup the Aria which showed that it is connected to the WiFi but would not upload/connect to Fitbit servers.  The problem seemed to be a security issue telling me the site was unsafe.  The phone app allows me to change Guest data to me and seems to be connected to Fitbit but that is a slow and inconvenient work around.  Any suggestions appreciated - thanks.

     This is the issue I am having. I can go to the apps and change the weight-in to my profile but it isn't giving in BF% at all.

It seems to be working OK today.  Maybe the security or authentication issue has been corrected.  If that is the case thanks Fitbit much appreciated.
