I know there have been other discussions on this but I am having no luck. Since changing the wifi on the scale (that was an effort in itself) it now only recognises me as Guest. I have:
1. taken the battery out, waited 10 seconds (and longer) and reinserted it
2. tapped the right side with my foot (also tapped the left side, neither worked)
3. weighed myself at least 10 times and changed guest to my initials each time
4. made sure it was on a firm surface
I think that covers everyone's "solutions".
None have worked.
Has anyone got anything else that might assist, other than sending the **ahem**ed thing back? It would no longer be under warranty.
The good news is that it now syncs with the App. So baby steps, I suppose.
