So both of us were happily synced, with both of using it. I could see the log for both of us every time we used the scales.
Until we moved to the US. Then we seemed to screw everything up because, although the scales itself was working, neither of us could see a log for our weights on the Fitbit account. we have up trying.
Now, we're back on home soil and my husband is still unable to sync with the Aria. I was expecting the same. However, I have just logged on, and I can see a log for the past two years on my account (and a horrible upward trajectory!)
I can also see my husband's name but it's greyed out beneath mine on my device settings page.
Can anyone tell me what the likely problem is?
