Hi there from Amsterdam!
I have spent quite a few hours on trying to connect my Aria but nothing works. I have followed the setup procedure but I keep getting a WIFI ERR. I have also called my internet provider a few time. My set up seems correct:
- its on 802.11b, mixed mode
- my password is only capital letters
- i even tried to turn off my IP's firewall
- of course I followed all the mentioned procedure, 10 feet away, hard floor, etcetc
but nothing helps!
Anyone any bright ideas?
Such a disappointment, I was really looking forward to using this scale.
Thanks!

@Tlbm It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! If you are getting a "WiFi ERR", as mentioned above, please take a look at @SunsetRunner's post. His post will help you to get this issue resolved since it has helped other users that are experiencing this issue. If you don't know how to change the protocol, I recommend contacting your Internet service provider as my friend @CHP1974 did.
Please let me know how it goes my friend! ![]()
