This is a strong suggestion to make it easy for me and other customers. You need to provide a link to download the FitbitScaleSetup_Win...exe software and that should be the recommended way to connect the Aria to a network.
I followed all the instructions here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1158.htm and here: https://www.fitbit.com/scale/setup/start on three different computers. In each case I could connect to the Aria network, but when I pressed continue I got an error that 1.scale.www.fitbit.com was not found. I spent over 90 minutes try to do the setup.
Finally I found an old FitbitScaleSetup_Win_20150513_1.0.4.166.exe program that I downloaded in 2017. In under five minutes I had my Aria connected to the new network.
Please stick with what works!
