My Aria Air stopped working after using in only a few times. I tried changing the batteries and pushing the reset button to no avail.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end and providing the wrong information, please let me know more details about the issue. Did it stop connecting with your network? Did your scale stop turning on? Did your Aria Air stop providing accurate readings?

It stopped turning on. I had only used it a few times over the course of a month or so.
