New Scale not working. Stand on scale and no weight recorded

It is like the scale is turned off or not activated. However was working fine yesterday. What could have changed?  The scale was purchased two weeks ago. Surely the batteries are fully charged for a new scale. 
Please help.

Hi @WelshFriend  which Aria did you get? The new Aria Air or another one. I can give you some links to get you started when I know which one you have.
