No display on my Aria 2

‪@FitbitSupport please help I’ve purchased the Fitbit Aria 2 scale twice due to malfunctioning. Not this time where can I send for replacement? I’ve been a long time Fitbit user since 2009 and that’s a long time.‬

Hi @thetaxlayd. welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the display of your Aria 2 is not working properly.

I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center. However, I'd like you to try a restart in order to fix this issue. To do so, remove the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, step on the scale and see if it shows the display properly.
