Hi all,
I have my Aria connected with 2 users (ABC and DEF). Whenever I weight myself (I'm ABC), it then makes me choose who I am to save the values. The thing is that the default value is DEF so I always have to tap to change to ABC.
How can I make Aria to use ABC as default?
Thanks!

@fedealconada Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, I would just like to know beforehand if your Aria scale was first set up under your Fitbit account or if you were added as a user after it was set up. Also, is the other user close to your weight?
In the meantime, please re-calibrate your Aria by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row so it can recognize your user properly.
Looking forward to your response!

@fedealconada Thank you for getting back and providing the details requested previously. Since you mentioned that your sister is close to your weight, this is the reason why the scale may confuse the users.
I recommend reassigning your weights as described in this help article so your weigh ins can be reassigned to your user.
Let me know if you need further assistance!

The problem is not that Aria is confusing the weights... I just want to have myself listed first...

Any thoughts on this Fitbit? This is really an annoying issue. I want one user to show up first on the scale when there is a similarity in weight, but the Aria seems to display by order of First Name. I tried switching the initials but that didn't work either. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY FITBIT, as the it doesn't seem you are understanding what the users are asking for.
If a user has the first name Albert with the initials AZ, and another user has the first name Mike with the initials MIK, when the users are close in weight then AB will always be the first option displayed. If the user Mike isn't very technically skilled, it's frustrating for them to try and switch the weight over to them. Albert is more technical skilled and doesn't mind being listed second. The problem is that right now, Fitbit doesn't give you an option to reorder the users on the scale. The scale just orders the users by First name. Even if Albert changes initials ZZZ, Albert still seems to show up first.
